The Role You’ll be involved in designing and detailing the construction of our greenhouses, ensuring all technical documentation and specifications are spot-on. You'll translate customer needs into designs that meet local building codes and environmental standards, from foundations to steel and roof systems. You’ll ensure each greenhouse is technically optimized and ready for production.

You’ll face unique challenges at each project site, from heavy snow loads in Canada to strong desert winds in the Middle East. This makes your job dynamic and different every day, constantly challenging you to create custom solutions.

Collaboration and Integration As a Greenhouse Construction Engineer, you'll work closely with other engineering specialists. We integrate all disciplines, such as construction, climate, and water management, into one central design. This fosters close collaboration, ensuring the greenhouse design perfectly aligns with other technical systems. You'll be the linchpin ensuring all aspects of the design seamlessly connect from the initial sketch to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop greenhouse structures, focusing on foundation, steel, and roofing systems.
• Perform structural analyses to ensure stability and durability of the greenhouse.
• Review construction designs to comply with local building codes and environmental standards.
• Integrate construction designs into our collective design and ensure seamless cooperation with other technical disciplines.
• Coordinate necessary information with the production department to ensure a smooth transition from design to production.
