Since 2022, we have been part of Cofra’s Sustainable Food Group, a family office with a long-term vision. Our ambition: to become the international market leader in sustainable greenhouses. To guide our future plans, we are expanding our Engineering Team with an experienced Revit Modeler.

The Role

As a Revit Modeler at Dalsem, you play a key role in the transition to and implementation of our new CAD software, Revit. You translate design specifications into detailed technical drawings, taking into account all technical and functional requirements of the client. Additionally, you will work across various disciplines such as irrigation, climate control (heating/cooling), steel structures, shading systems, electrical installations, lighting, and more.

What makes this role particularly interesting is the unique opportunity to take on a leading role as someone with extensive Revit experience within the organization. You will share your knowledge and experience, guiding the organization in the broad adoption of Revit. Your Responsibilities Include:

- Developing detailed technical drawings and designs for greenhouses, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.

- Creating 3D models with Revit and rendering visuals.

- Collaborating with engineers and other team members to align designs with technical specifications and requirements.

- Conducting quality checks on technical drawings to minimize errors.

- Contributing to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.

- Maintaining detailed project data and ensuring timely and accurate information flow to all involved parties.

- Regularly reporting project progress to the Head of Engineering.

- Supporting the use of Revit within the organization and serving as a knowledge resource for colleagues.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for technology and design. You enjoy working in a team and are always ready to tackle new challenges.

Additionally, you have:

- A completed vocational education (MBO) in a technical field.

- Extensive experience with Revit and other CAD software.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Good command of both Dutch and English.

- Affinity with the (glass) horticulture sector is a plus.
